Our Money-Back Guarantee:
Scope: This guarantee applies to all new customers who enroll in our Korean language lessons.
Duration: The money-back guarantee covers the first three (3) lessons only. After the completion of the third lesson, the guarantee will no longer be applicable.
Satisfaction Requirement: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must express your dissatisfaction with the lessons, via written email to team@malloacademy.com, within 24 hours of the completion of the third lesson. We kindly request that you provide specific details regarding the areas in which you believe the lessons did not meet your expectations.
Refund Process: Upon receiving your written request, we will promptly review your concerns and assess your eligibility for a refund. If we determine that your dissatisfaction is valid and justified, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid for the lessons. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.
Termination of Lessons: If you are eligible for a refund under this guarantee, we will terminate your lessons and no further charges will be incurred. However, any learning materials or resources provided during the lessons will remain the property of our business and should not be used or distributed without permission.
Please note that this money-back guarantee is applicable only to the first-time customers who express their dissatisfaction within the specified timeframe and meet the satisfaction requirements. It does not cover subsequent lessons, rescheduled lessons, or lessons that have been missed or canceled by the customer.
